Required skills & experience (the 4 “must haves” to be considered)

1. L2-level experience supporting mobility network functionality in both an Android and iOS environment.

2. MDM Administration experience is NOT necessary. Supporting mobility functions IS necessary:

- Customer Service

- Support

- Troubleshooting

- Imaging

- Add/remove users

- Wipe devices

- Working closely with L3 MDM Administrators
